The Radio Studio
To Actually Get The Shows I Had To Do Them! I Did this by Presenting The Breakfast SHow In This Studio. Operating The Desk Shown In The Image (Sonifex S2) With One Side Of The Desk For Mic’s & Monitor Levels & The Other Having All Other Sources From Zetta (RCS Playout Software) That Plays All Of The Music To A Fader Dedicated To Burli (Our Newsroom Software) Thats is used in our TOH (TopOfHour) Bulletins.
RCS Zetta Playout Software
This Software Plays All Of The Music, Productions & Almost All The Other Audio That Is Played On The Show, It’s Scheduled By The Music Team And Then I Have To Seg The Show (This is done to make it sound much better and more professional), Plan It Then Present It In The Studio. To Play Songs I Can Either Press The Big Play Button On Screen Or Use The Next Button On The Keyboard
This Software is seen as Industry standard software and is used across the industry in radio stations all across the world.

Gathering My Radio Shows
To Actually Have Clips Of Me Talking I Had To Download My Shows, I also knew what some of my best links were so I re-recorded them in a radio studio.
To Download the Shows I Followed The Support Article On: support.globalacademy.com and then put them all into audition before finding the links and removing the music around them. I then shortlisted these down to the ones used in my demo.
The Audition Project
This Is The Final Adobe Premier Pro Sesion With All The Audio And Clips In It Faded and put together. The Marker in the image shows what according to the research is the maximum length for the audio that the project should be.
I Used Adobe Audition Because It’s Known As Industry Standard Software and used by many. I Cover This In More Detail Along With References In My Research Portfolio
Audio Processing
The First Minute Of This Video Shows The Process I Do To Properly Normalise & Edit The Audio With Effects To Get A Better & Same Sound/Style Across All The Clips. It Inculides Normailising Them, Adding A Compressor And Running It Through Dynamic Processing To Give It That Stornger Sound. – All The Audio Is Normalised To -0.1dB TOg et similar levels on all clips and then before exporting is run through Match Loudness to -14Lufts
