A guest hub for Lemon Tree Rooms
Seven rooms, seven QR codes. Everything a guest needs, from Wi-Fi to the best local pub, opened from their room in one scan.
Lemon Tree Rooms is a seven-room boutique guesthouse on the coast road at Swyre. Guests kept asking the same questions, and the answers lived in a folder in each room.
What I built
- A Guest Hub in the property's own navy and gold branding
- A page for every room, opened from its own QR code
- Wi-Fi, check-in, breakfast, parking and house rules in one place
- A local guide with the nearby pubs first
- A problem report: guests pick what it's about, add a photo and send it straight to the team on WhatsApp
- Clear help options: booking questions to the booking platform, urgent issues straight to the team, emergencies to the right number
Alongside the hub
I also worked on the property's online presence and booking strategy, so more guests find it and book it in the first place.
