Getting a brand-new adult gaming centre open on time, with the systems, presentation and daily routines it needed to run smoothly from day one.
When Golden Slots Weymouth was getting ready to open on the seafront, I was brought in to help build the venue properly from the ground up, from a half-finished floor to opening day.
What I did
- Put the operating systems in place before the doors opened
- Set up AI age verification at the door, so every customer's age is checked the same way before they come in
- Advised on the brand and how it came across, from the shopfront to the gaming floor
- Set up clear day-to-day processes so staff knew exactly what to do
The result
The venue opened on time and has run smoothly since. Structured setup and hands-on support meant a new venue could launch with confidence rather than learning on the job.
