A staff hub for Dorset Cleaning
Replacing scattered messages and folders with one app the whole team logs into, from document library to reports filed on site.
Dorset Cleaning's staff work across lots of different sites. Information lived in messages, emails and folders, and finding the right document meant asking someone.
What I built
- Team Hub: a private staff app every team member logs into with their own account
- The rota, with repeating jobs, teams, vans and key safe codes that only show on the day
- Site reports with photos and signatures, and branded PDF reports for clients
- Vehicle, equipment and incident reports that become issues for the office to deal with
- A team chat on every job, and alerts straight to staff phones
- Training with quizzes, a policy library linked to Microsoft 365, and DBS and certificate reminders
Where it is now
The hub went live in October 2026 after a demo period, and the whole team now runs their day from it.
