Hi, I'm Max.
I'm based in Dorset and I work across hospitality, events and the software that keeps small businesses running.
Most of what I do comes from working inside the places I now help. I've managed a coastal hotel, helped launch a venue from an empty unit, and spent years on stage and behind the decks at Dorset's festivals, proms and community events.
Along the way I kept running into the same problems: staff who couldn't find the right document, guests asking the same questions, stock counts on scraps of paper. So I started building the fixes. Team Hub, Guest Hub and the rest all began as one business's headache.
Events and quiz nights
I compere, host and DJ, and I can run the live sound too. I also run BigQuizLive, an interactive pub quiz where teams play on their phones. Recent stages include Home Farm Festival, Chesil Rocks, Yeovil Pride and Anonymous Festival in Dorchester, and I've DJ'd and hosted the Wey Valley School prom for several years.
Radio
I started presenting on AIR 107.2 in Weymouth in 2019, co-hosting The Lounge before getting my own afternoon show. I studied Content Production at The Global Academy in London, presented breakfast on Youths Choice, and became Programme Director at AIR 107.2, looking after the station's whole output.
Say hello
Tell me what you need and I'll come back to you, usually the same day.
