Max is a talented 18-year-old radio presenter, known for his captivating voice and dynamic hosting skills. With a passion for entertaining and connecting with audiences, Max has began Events Hosting/Presenting at various events all across Dorset, including ones like Home Farm Fest and Chesil Rocks. Whether it’s on the airwaves or in front of a live audience, Max’s engaging personality and natural charisma shine through, making him a crowd favorite.

Since embarking on his radio presenting journey in 2019, Max Neilson-Howes has continuously progressed and embraced new opportunities. His career kick-started at Air 107.2 in Weymouth, where he got his skills in studio operations and presentation techniques. Soon enough, Max found himself on the airwaves alongside Frazer Baddams and Paul Harmer, co-hosting the very popular live music show “The Lounge.” Unfortunately, lockdown meant the show had to come to an end. However, Max was given his own show called “Max In The Afternoon,” enabling him to further refine his talents as a presenter. As soon as lockdown restrictions eased, Max began getting into hosting live events, successfully taking on roles as a presenter for local open mic nights and festivals like Chesil Rocks.
In 2022, Max Neilson-Howes made the exciting move to London to pursue studies in Content Production at The Global Academy. This opportunity opened up a multitude of networking possibilities for him. During his time there, Max joined Youths Choice as a presenter, showcasing his talent and passion for broadcasting. Fast-forward to 2023, Max, along with Hana Naz, was offered the prestigious Youths Choice Breakfast Show. Additionally, in the same year, Max took a significant step forward in his career at AIR 107.2, where he got the role of Programme Director. In this role, he has the responsibility for the overall output of AIR. His tasks include creating logs and structuring the hourly programming, collaborating with the music team to update categories, conducting regular sessions with presenters, and ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
